Is Phen375 Dangerous?
Posted on 24. Dec, 2011 by Laura in Diet Supplements, Fat Burners
As you start browsing through the various fat loss products that are on the market, one that you very well might come across and begin to consider is Phen375.
With any fat loss product though, there`s always bound to be questions about whether it`s safe to use and whether or not it`s really going to deliver you the results that you`re looking for.
In terms of results, it`s easy to see just how powerful Phen375 can be. All you have to do is take a look at some of the testimonials that have come in from users who have used the product while successfully reaching their goal weight.
But, that still doesn`t answer the question of whether or not it`s dangerous to use. After all, there have been some negative reports before about former fat loss products that have caused serious harm to the health of their users.
In order for you to accurately assess whether Phen375 is safe for you to use, it`s important that you take a few things into account.
Let`s look at what you need to know.
Assessing Your Drug Sensitivity
The very first thing that you need to think about is your overall tolerance to other drugs and medicines. Do you find that you react quite strongly when taking a simple Advil or Aspirin?
Some people respond very well to any sort of drug or medication, which means that you`re very likely to see strong effects from Phen375.
Now, this doesn`t mean that it`s dangerous for you to use, but it does mean it`s important that you start off with the lowest dose first so you can see how your body responds.
Only then if you feel you should do so can you increase it upwards to the maximum dose recommended.
Those who jump on it who are quite sensitive and use the maximum dose could see some side effects and this isn`t representative that the product is dangerous, just that you took too much for your own body.
Considering Proper Use
Second, you also need to consider proper use as well. Many of the negative side effect complaints that come in from individuals using fat burner products come because of misuse.
Just like with any other medicine, you must take the recommended dosage or there will be threats of side effects. If you overdosed on any given vitamin in your diet for instance, that too can put you in harm`s way.
Phen375 is no different. Again, this doesn`t mean it`s dangerous, it just means that you need to be smart when using it.
Anything can be dangerous in large doses, so really make sure that you fully understand the dosage protocol.
Taking Periodic Breaks From The Product
Finally, if you are someone who does tend to be more sensitive to various products and fat burners, you might want to consider taking periodic breaks from the product. This can really go a long way towards helping you give your body a break from the stimulant effects and feel your best.
Some people won`t need to do this at all, but others can benefit from doing so.
When used correctly, there`s no reason to be worried about Phen375. It`ll be a safe way to boost your weight loss success as long as you`re smart in your approach.

Hi Sandy,
The recommended dose is 2 per day so we wouldn’t advise you to exceed this.
Are you using one of the Phen375 diet plans alongside the pill? This recommends 6 smaller meals per day so that you never have to wait too long in between meals.
I would also recommend ensuring that you are drinking plenty of water, as this can stave off hunger pangs. Our diet plan suggests 1 glass for each hour you are awake. This also helps your body to remain hydrated and clear out toxins.
If you do really need a snack, take care to pick something low in calories, such as fresh fruit or veg. My personal favourite are kale chips!

I started the pills today and right away I felt tingling all over my body, some chills, some increased energy and a little dizziness as if my ears were plugged and I was wrapped in cotton balls. Is this normal? What are the expected side effects and when is one supposed to worry? The website is very quiet about this.
Thanks

I usually take my first pill around 6:00am with a small amount of water because I’m commuting to work on a bus and don’t have a restroom. By the time I arrive to work, which is usually one hour, my stomach feels nauseaous. I feel like that until I eat something of substance, but my second pill does not upset my stomach. Is the pill too strong on an empty stomach for me?

Hi, this kind of nausea can happen with any kind of vitamin or pill when taken on an empty stomach. Perhaps wait to take your first dose of Phen375 until you reach work when you can have the full glass of water and try to minimise the time after taking before you eat your breakfast to just 20 minutes.
I hope this does not put you off your weight loss and you can succeed with your weight loss goals.

2 pills is the recommended Phen375 dose to get best results and ensure that you don’t start feeling hungry later in the day. However, some people do choose to start off with 1 tablet and see how this works for them.
And yes, that is correct – you should take 1 pill with water 20 mins before breakfast and 1 pill with water 20 mins before lunch.
