Which exercises burn the most fat?

It takes 3,500 calories of activity to burn off just 1lb of fat, or to put it more bluntly 9 hours of exercise of week.
Now many of us cannot afford to be exercising for so long, after all 9 hours is the same as a full working day.
Yet this is not all you can do to increase your fat burn. Alongside regular exercise (3-5 times a week), you can also create a calorie deficit of 500 calories a day to ensure that your body is burning off more than it is consuming.
But which exercises are best?
Some exercises are more effective at boosting your calorie burn than others; however before you enter into any, it is important that your body is able to cope with these exercise levels.
For instance, if you don’t currently exercise a lot, you will need to build up your stamina until you are ready to take on more intensive exercises.
But even then, the simplest of activities can help you to burn off more calories than you think. For just 30 minutes of exercise, you can expect the following:
- Aerobics (low impact) 189 calories
- Moderate cycling (10mph) 303 calories
- Gardening (digging) 252 calories
(mowing) 216 calories
(weeding) 144 calories - Step aerobics (low impact) 225 calories
- Swimming 267 calories
- Toning exercises 120 calories
- Moderate walking 144 calories
- Vigorous walking 195 calories
It’s impressive what a little bit of exercise can do. Combined with the right foods and you will be well on your way to losing weight.
But what else can I do?
Eating healthy and exercising regularly are not the only options available to you.
Incorporating a quality fat burner into your diet can help to support your weight loss, and ensure your metabolism is ready to match your new found exercise levels.
Fat burners such as Phen375 for instance aid in the release of stored body fat – whilst suppressing your appetite and thus your calorie consumption – encouraging your body to turn to its natural fat stores for fuel.
And by redirecting glucose from anabolic fat production into catabolic energy metabolism, this increases your metabolic rate making stored fat easier to burn.
Losing body fat doesn’t have to be a mission and a half nor does it have to entail endless hours at the gym. Implement the right support network and you can begin your path to healthy weight loss. Simply remember to do your research and pick the right weight loss plan for you.
