Customer Video Diary

A Video Diary is simply a catalog of an individual's progress using our product Phen375 during a 30 day period. The video can be taken with a web cam or Camcorder. It does not need to be of the highest quality, but is required to be an honest and candid account of an individual's personal progress. The video does not need to be very long and can easily be made.
