How do I get my package tracking number?
To get your tracking number log into your account and click on your order
Click Print Invoice and you will see the tracking number for your current order.
Go to www.usps.com and insert the tracking number to see the latest tracking information.
Has my order shipped?
Typically orders are sent to shipping for dispatch at 11 a.m. each business day. If your order does not ship the same day you placed it due to USPS pickup cut-off times, your package will ship the next business day. For example, if you order at 1:30 p.m. on a Friday, and the following Monday is a holiday, then the next shipping day would be Tuesday.
All orders are shipped using www.usps.com services, priority mail and priority international mail. If your shipping address is within three states of the Texas warehouse, we use first class mail, which has the same delivery time as priority mail. All shipments have tracking numbers, delivery, signature confirmation and postal insurance included in the shipping cost.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click "Login" on the left-hand side of the Support section of our site. Review your order details and status. You can then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" to find and edit your order; this must be done directly after your order was placed. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, cannot be modified or cancelled. You may contact support@phen375.com to request assistance.
How do I track my order?
Click "Login" on the left-hand side of the Support section of our site. You will need to log into your account, and then click on "View your order". Once you see your current order, look to the bottom of the page and click on "Track your order". You will then be able to see your www.usps.com tracking number. Copy and paste the tracking number into the field at www.usps.com to check your package status.
My order never arrived.
Click "Login" on the left-hand side of the Support section of our site to track your order status. Be sure your order has shipped already and use www.usps.com to check the status of your package in transit. If you order displays your "Package Tracking Numbers", check with www.usps.com for current status. If your package shows up as "Delivered" in most cases someone has already signed for your package and has not notified you personally. If yo are in U.S., click on the "signature confirmation", which will show you the person who received your order at the address the package was shipped to.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click "Login" on the left-hand side of the Support section of our site to track your order status. Verify your order details and also check to see if there is already a second shipment going out to you. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your "Package Tracking Numbers", be sure that your order has shipped already and use www.usps.com to check the status of your package in transit. If your packages each show a status of "Delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my order arrive?
USA clients typically receive orders within two to five business days. We ship via priority mail services to expedite transit times. International orders are shipped using international priority mail services. Transit time will vary depending on your countries customs clearance time, typical transit time is five to seven business days.
Damaged or reshipped order?
Customers who require a reshipment should contact support@phen375.com to request reshipments for lost or damaged orders. We do not refund returned or damaged packages. We will reship a new order to you to replace the lost or damaged package. The same procedure is used for reshipped orders. All orders are delivered by www.usps.com or your country's postal service.
Your package tracking indicates your countries customs is processing your package.
This is completely normal, if you notice it does not come out of customs after 3 working days you should then find out why.
Your order was not shipped with an invoice or customs declaration so you can claim it as a gift, 99% of the time customs clears the packages to your postal service without issue.
This is just a notice to help you understand where your package is at in the delivery process. If you need to claim a value & customs requires an invoice you can log into your account and print out your invoice.

2. If your package does not move or change status after 3 or 4 working days, you should then contact your postal office to see what is holding up your package.
We cannot change or modify a shipment once it has been picked up and scanned into the USPS system. As the Importer you are responsible for the importation of your product and its is clearly stated that once the tracking number from the www.usps.com united postal service shows to have received by your countries customs the package is then considered as delivered by phen375.com.
