In late June I ordered a month's worth of diet pills from Phen375. I told myself, if I'm going to spend $140 a month on this I’m going to follow their diet plan and get back to at least a size 10-12; I'm going to succeed.

The first month I lost 18 lbs and I when realized their product worked I stayed with it for the next five months, I have lost about 55 pounds in six months and I feel so much better!

Now I understand diet control and the importance of drinking water (not the carbonated kind). I also really just wanted to get myself back at least close to the old me.

I lost about 8 lbs WITHOUT exercising

I decided to take PHEN375 approximately a month and a half ago. I was very hesitant to take a diet pill since I've always believed in exercising and a good diet. However, after having my child (3 years ago), I found it extremely difficult to get back in shape no matter how hard I tried.

I needed to lose approx. 15-18 lbs. and after losing barely 5 lbs of those 10, it just felt impossible to accomplish that goal. I became frustrated. I exercised but it was not the same as before. Having a new routine and limited time to work out as new a mom is very challenging, especially with lack of sleep.

PHEN375 is the first diet/appetite reducer pill I've ever taken. I have to admit I was convinced it would not work but after doing research on the internet and reading all the testimonials, it deserved a try.

The very first day I started taking PHEN375 my appetite was almost gone. I also followed the advice of drinking a glass of water almost every hour of the day. I was amazed how little I was eating. By 6:30pm (usually the time I get really hungry for dinner) I was not hungry! I would eat some fruit and that would do it. I felt no side effects either - which was my greatest concern. Another really good thing about this diet pill is that it makes you drink a lot of water which is great. I've only had water since I started taking PHEN375 and I don't feel like having any juice or even vitamin water. It's really unbelievable.

I took PHEN375 for 1.5 months and I lost about 8 lbs WITHOUT exercising. I still need to lose another 7-8 lbs to be at my ideal weight but the supply I got was only for that length of time. I wish I would've purchased the 90-day supply. It's a better deal overall. I will try it again but this time I'm going to complement it with exercising. My plan is to lose 8 lbs more in 4 weeks with exercising which is a realistic goal.

I would recommend PHEN375 to anyone who needs to lose 10-35 lbs or so. I consider PHEN375 safe for steady and gradual weight loss. This is not going to work if you want to lose excessive weight in just 'weeks'. It would not be safe doing it that way anyway. I'd get the 90 day supply and try to add some exercising. You WILL see results!

I have lost a total of 36lbs in almost 3 1/2 months

Just want to send in my pictures to show what phen375 has done for me. I will be the first to admit that I had my doubts on the product's effectiveness. I researched all over the internet for negative comments on the products results, but didn’t find any. That was what lead me to purchase phen375.

I started out weighing 257 lbs early January, and I am currently 221 as of April 28, 2011. I have never bragged about a product or ever even written in to give my opinion on the internet but I have to say the product works wonderfully. I have lost a total of 36lbs in almost 3 1/2 months. Please note that I am wearing jeans and an undergarment in an effort to see specific target areas of actual weight Loss. I began taking Phen 375 Friday July 16th; therefore, I will be nearing the end of the first bottle next Friday 7/30/10. I have lost 4 pounds in one week.
